How to correctly determine the size of a hat?
The easiest way to measure the circumference of your head is to use a measuring tape. Always do the measuring right above your ears - where you will wear your hat. Repeat the measurement several times - around the widest part of your head. Do not pull hard on the measuring tape.
If the measured value falls between two numbers, for example 58.5 cm, always order the larger size. In this case 59 cm.
A slightly larger hat may always be adjusted by inserting a thin strip made of foam or similar material right under the sweatband.
If the size of the hat is described as "universal", the hat is fitted with an elastic sweatband, which is suitable for head sizes from 56 - 60 cm.
